Prestige Star Guardian Soraka?! Epic free game on Epic Games, and Runescape Progress!

Quite a quiet week for me this week all in all, let's get into it! 

If you keep your eyes out I'm sure you'll have noticed Epic Games' free game at the minute - Hue!

Even if I'm not planning on actually playing it, I always make sure to grab the free games so they're stored on my account. A little while ago ARK was on their free rotation so I picked it up, even though I've got it on Steam. 

Rather than leaving Hue to collect dust I thought I'd give it a go - I've never seen anything about it before and it looked interesting, and I was not disappointed.

The world is black and white and grey, peaceful yet boring. Through gaining parts of a colour ring you can manipulate the world by changing the backdrop, making objects either appear or disappear depending on colour. 

I'm about two thirds done and I'm enjoying the story. It's nothing earth shattering, but it's a lonely addition to the world. 

Speaking of the world, I don't know what it is about the game but I find it stunning, it's so simple but truly beautiful. 

It's super relaxing but still a nice challenge, I'd definitely recommend giving it a go! 

It's still free until the 9th of July, so there's still time to get it for nothing!

With League patch 10.14 releasing tomorrow morning, we've got a sneak peek of the PBE and the skins coming soon, and they're gorgeous! 

We'll be getting new skins for Yasuo, Vayne, Thresh (Legendary!), and Teemo, who's also getting a Prestige version, shiny! Spirit Blossom is the theme which I'm looking forward to, because so far I think the only other champion to have a Spirit Blossom skin is Kah'Zix. 

It's also the release skin of Lillia, our newest champion. Her teaser is beautiful and I can't wait to see her prance around the Rift soon. 

We also got some news about Prestige skins for the rest of the year, confirming the rumours that we'll be getting Yasuo and Soraka skins available through Prestige Points, along with skins for Ezreal, Sett, Kai'sa and Diana available through Event Points. 

Looks like they're doing something special with Soraka, saying:

"We're trying something different with Soraka: This'll be our first Prestige Edition of a previously-released skin, as a test to gauge interest in Prestiges for older content."

This got me hoping - are we going to get Star Guardian later this year? Our of all her current skins I think the best contenders for a Prestige skin would be Reaper, Star Guardian or Winter Wonderland, although I can see that they might try Program ( really hope they don't!!). As for progress on League, it's not been the best. 

I've played a bit of ranked, but I've stayed more or less where I am. In TFT I've been doing pretty well with a combination of Battlecast, Cybernetic and Rebel, just breaking into Silver I. 

I've been playing mostly Soraka and Sona, but with Thresh getting his sexy skin in a few weeks I might finally put some time into the Chain Warden. 

It's been a slow week for Runescape too overall, although I did finally get 99 Runecrafting, a goal of mine since Runespan came out way back in April 2012.

A few more General Gaarador kills, still no luck with the pet.
